I think it's a little user error on ny oart as whilst it did get the glass part and bottom part of my iven clean, i cannot get the sides clean. The racks were almost fully degreased but again crusted residue remains and I've nearly used the whole bottle already of the oven cleaner. The de greaser however i love, that's been great on the cupboards etc and smells great. Make sure you have ventilation because it's strong
