The first picture shows what I actually ordered a second picture shows what turned up my disinfectant and my grease be gone is completely missing. I’ve tried to contacting you through TikTok. I’ve tried contacting you through your website and I’m getting no response back. I’m extremely unhappy and seriously considering not to continue purchasing from you and just go back to my other cleaning products personally accompany as large as yours now should have a customer service contact number where you can speak to an actual human being not computerised AI or non-humour being talking to your customers

Honestly best cleaning products ever
I used multi room clean to clean my stable mats omg made a fantastic job
And I have tried everything - bleach u name it
Every item in the bundle is being used, nothing that you would put to one side and never use,also the fragrances of the essence of Arabia and Spanish bubbles are gorgeous.
I was really happy with the cleaning products! I hate cleaning and just like to get the job done as quickly as possible, and these definitely didn’t disappoint. They made cleaning so much easier and quicker!
I bought the bundle because it contained the one thing i wanted to try which was the grease be gone. There was one bundle left and the grease be gone was included as a spray and additional 5 litre refill. Instead, there was no grease be gone at all, not even as a spray. What I received was a spray glass cleaner and 5 litres of glass cleaner. Only after purchasing was is it made clear they have the right to replace any product not available but as it was made clear i was purchasing the last bundle which contained grease be gone, I believed it would be included. I have more glass cleaner than I will need in two years probably. Will not be purchasing again.
Products work "as it says on the tin."
Everyone has a certain smell type. The freshener I do like musky. It's a heavy smell. So I am reserved in using it. Other than that I am still waiting for my naighbour to return the products back to me. Yes letting them try it out also. They say the products work very well. Especially the oven cleaner.
Just love these products work wonders and cut's the effort needed to do the required tasks

The one item I wanted was replaced by more glass cleaner than I would need for years. Was looking forward to using the grease be gone. The bundle showed specifically the grease be gone was included. It was only after I purchased are you informed that items may be replaced. If you don’t get what you want, what is the point, will not be ordering again.
